One of the fastest issued concentration decisions (consent to concentration) by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection [PL: Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów]. WLP Legal’s lawyers turned out to be effective specialists in the difficult domain of the so-called regulatory hybrid proceedings. During this project the team of lawyers was managed by attorney Paulina Kapler – associate partner of the Law Firm.
PG Silesia
At the very beginning of the Law Firm’s establishment, the lawyers at WLP Legal participated in the purchase transaction of PG Silesia in Czechowice-Dziedzice by a company operating under the business name of Bumech S.A. Our team of lawyers was managed by attorney-at-law Paulina Kapler.
